The attachment and description reach us by e-mail; we reply within 3–5 working days.

03Before you send an enquiry
Four things worth knowing up front.
- Minimum batch
- from 1,000 pcs
- Smaller quantities do not pay off on sliding-head automatics — the setup cost cannot be spread thin enough.
- Reply to an enquiry
- within 3–5 working days
- Longer for special materials or surface treatment — we have to confirm the date with our supplier.
- What the price covers
- material to delivery
- The quotation covers material, machining, washing, surface treatment, inspection and delivery. There is no price list; every part is quoted from the drawing and quantity.
- Lead time
- per order
- We confirm the date for the specific part; it depends on the material and on whether surface treatment is part of the delivery.
