    Pressing

    A 63 t hydraulic press for operations that follow on from turning.

  2. 02

    Assembly

    We put the parts together into a finished assembly, so you receive a ready-to-fit component.

  3. 03

    Surface treatment

    We arrange zinc plating, blackening, aluminium anodising and nickel plating as part of the delivery — the order and the deadline stay with us.

05Quality and documentation

What we supply with the parts.

Our quality management system has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001 since May 2021.

Inspection report
We measure according to the requirements of the specific part and record the values in an inspection report. If you need it with the delivery, say so in your request — we will agree the scope and frequency.
Material certificates
We arrange material certificates and batch traceability — for automotive and medical parts this is usually a requirement.
Site visit
Possible by arrangement. On larger orders we welcome it — half an hour on the shop floor says more than a catalogue.
